出国学习的学生，需要办理英文在读证明 ，具体办理方法见下：

请下载附件1：中英文在读证明模板（仅供参考），将个人信息(文档中红色字体部分)修改填写完毕后， 待教学管理办公室老师核对中英文内容后，打印（用带有学院抬头的信纸打印）并盖好学院公章。完成以上事宜后还需到行政楼209办公室加盖公章。
